3weeks sober ! New era is coming for me. I can finally say no to drugs and alcool. Before i would always relapse after a drink offered by someone. WOW. You really helped me. My computer crashed with the recovery book I only saved parts of it and I was really bummed out about it. Then my roommate came in with a homemade chicken pot pie and a smile despite her lousy doctor's appointment and it just lifted my resolve to work on my book 😀 She could have been all depressed and overwhelmed and instead, she showed up and showed me that despite everything going on you can still step up and help others feel better. I'm thrilled to find the courage to move forward. Then I realized that I have to read the books I'm referencing in my book 😁 THAT is why I lost some of the book.
