Large meals combined with other factors affect tva… For natural lifters, there are stomach expansions but not that great to noticeably stretch the tva👍

Just take 1 scoop with 1 litre of water and do ur warm-up, cardio and exercises and lastly stretching. I lost 3 kg in 1 month and now it's more around 3.5 Kg and I'm happy I lost this much weight in 1.5 months.
