I'm sure tons of things we see here are options, BUT if some of those things we see are standard like the stair casing all throughout the 2nd floor and not a pony wall, the chef upgraded appliances, and double stack cabinets, built in fridge, etc. Then its pretty good for 1mil for that big. But we all know tons of that stuff were options/upgrades. Also the backyard is tiny. Tracy is the valley and like fresno is hot. Pool is a must and with that backyard looks too small.

Yea it's about an hour drive to the bay. A bit hotter too.
