They are the same engines, the only difference is where they are made. My Honda is made in Italy and has brembo brakes and disc brakes in the back. The first Japanese series have drums in the back and that is the only difference. The engines are the same, they just have different markings
I don't know who makes them, there is no name. The only thing I can tell you is that they are 810 cm wide and 22 mm thick. And it's worth upgrading, the ride is much better with them.

Nice. Just progress slowly, don't rush yourself. Cb500 is a great bike to learn.

Was it a simple swap or did you need to do any work with the cables.
