    I bought the 16oz version of this mug. Works really great especially on commute or travel outside of the city. I want my coffee hot everytime while traveling so this really helps. Best purchase mug so far. ❤

    It totally works with the aero press if you use the funnel that comes with your aeropress. I use mine with this mug in the morning.

    How does it hold up to a Yeti mug? Yeti's help keep in the heat with the plastic press in lid. No screw on lid needed. I bought a 16 oz one and look forward to trying it out.

  • @fsk7052

    I couldn't open mine. The lid get stuck every time I leave the content for a like 1-2 hours. The amount of content was not even one sip left at the bottom of the mug, and it was not even that hot because I opened and closed it from time to time to drink. When I wanted to wash it, it couldn't be open. Every darn time, had to use metal instruments to widen the gap between the lid and the mug so that the air could go in so I could open it. These attempts have ruined the rim of the mug and my wrist!

    can it keep ice cream from melting for several hours?

    Q: Is there any plastic part that contacts the beverage? Is there any plastic at all? And is the silicone seal removable for washing? I have a Tupkee glass tumbler and my only problem is the silicone seal trapping tastes and odors.

    • @primacoffeeequipment
      @primacoffeeequipment  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      No plastic contact. Yes, the silicone gasket is removeable for cleaning.

    My hot tea that I put in mine 16 ounce lasted 17 hours later so it lasts a lot longer than that😊

    Serious question... I have tried not one, not two, but three of the first version of this and it was super bad about retaining smells and takes a few days to offgas the rotten coffee smell. Is this any better?

    • @primacoffeeequipment
      @primacoffeeequipment  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      We did find on one occasion that when coffee was left in the mug for an extended period of time and began to go bad, the taste and smell was very difficult to get rid of. However, with daily cleaning we have found no issues with this mug.

    How easy is this to hand wash over the Everywhere mug? I like the portability aspect but wanted to know if it's still easy for a person to fit a hand or at least some kind of sponge in lol.

    • @primacoffeeequipment
      @primacoffeeequipment  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Good question! It would really depend on the size of the hand, but yes, a sponge should fit with ease, as would a nonabrasive brush with a handle.

    It’s nice, love the design. Although for a mug that’s designed to use with driving a twist cap is usually a nuisance. Although my biggest con with any metal bottle is that they don’t come with any rubberized coating, seems foolish. You slip once, drop it, or toss your bag on the ground, just the littlest dent deflates the vacuum and it not longer keeps drinks warm for long periods

    You don't need to be drinking coffee in your car. Take the coffee with you, drink it when you arrive. Why do you Americans make such a big deal of whether a beverage container fits in your car's cup holder? Do you plan to stay hours on end in your car!?

    • @Crafty_Restorations
      @Crafty_Restorations หลายเดือนก่อน

      A lot of people commute for a hour or two or they have jobs that require them to drive for a few hours. I think that those are the people commenting. I’m America we like to have coffee with us at all times and such. I don’t drink coffee though. I did just buy three for my siblings

    What's the point of a mug that fits in a cupholder if you cannot open and close it using only one hand? That's just... stupid.

    • @divineatma
      @divineatma 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      You could leave the cup open while driving if you wanna take sips in between; the splash guard that comes with it seems to keep the liquid inside. Of course, then your beverage will loose its heat faster.

    • @hmf33
      @hmf33 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It seems like Fellow's main selling points here are heat retention, and taste/drinking experience. Most other portable mugs I've seen in this category usually have some kind of plastic or silicone components that can change the taste of your coffee or tea when drinking.
