@@effortlessfury That's not a win-win situation. A lot of people misunderstand his intention and think he just wanted to face the Shogun or see the Musuo no Hitotachi, which isn't the case at all. Maybe he was like a personified file preserver, overseeing irminsul data and making sure nothing went wrong. This random thought brought me back to another question I had from we will be reunited. The abyss sibling explicitly states that Dain directly failed in protecting the citizens of Khaenri’ah, which heavily implies that he had the ability to save them. If my random thoughts are correct, maybe Dainsleif, seeing that the deaths of the Khaenri’ahns, (a lot of them harboring forbidden knowledge) realized that those people being absorbed into the leylines would spell disaster for teyvat, and chose to not preserve them, not knowing that Celestia’s punishment would be a lot more severe than he imagined it to be. I always loved the Inazuma Archon Quests and the lore that came with the region and their Archon, despite the controversy surrounding said story. Is the story perfect? No, no it’s not, but I can also say that for all the other Archon Quests as well as a lot of other media I consume unrelated to Genshin. I still love the Inazuma Archon Quest for what it did rather than what it failed to do.
Thank you for doing Inazuma justice with this lore explanation. I still love Inazuma despite all the dark lore, I think it made the traveler much stronger (due to fighting the Shogun more than once) and the designs are elegant and beautiful from that region. I think most of the community hates Inazuma and use the lore as a reason it sucks, and it’s hard to defend the lore sometimes because 90% of it is hidden in text and not voiced to get people’s attention.
Awesome video as always! I love how u managed to conclude everything and makes it easier to understand 😘 Btw just adding a little tidbits for Kazuha at the end. The Yashiro Commission aka Kamisato Ayato was the one helping Kazuha escape with Beidou when the Vision Hunt decree happened. I love that tiny detail for some reason.
I’m so glad for you Ashikai cuz to me it’s the exploration of Inazuma that sets me back from getting into its lore, its just too tedious. I haven’t even unlocked Enkanomiya yet lol. As usual thanks for the super detailed contents
Just wanted to say thank you for all the time and effort you put into these videos. I love Genshin world building but I get really overwhelmed with Genshin lore and sometimes the way it’s written in game is a little hard to process.
Inazuma's is full of grief and sadness 😭 Also 2:41 the _Kai_ part of _Kairos_ is pronounced like the _ca_ part in _care_ , assuming it's from the Greek word _Καιρός_ , meaning time/weather

5:26 Orobashi finding and reading "Before sun and moon" thus acquiring forbidden knowledge feels a little weird. From the content of the last part of the book, it seems that it was written at a time when keeping such records was prohibited in Enkanomiya, but according to the last book in the collection, it is just with Orobashi that measures against such references begin to be taken. As if Orobashi already knew in advance the content of that knowledge and the consequences of knowing it. P.D: I love your content. I was already starting to regret having started playing so late and missing out on so many limited events
It is in this video that I found reason to consider why there is a focus on Tatarasuna in the 3.3 Interlude quest preview (Scaramouche/The Wanderer journey) we got in the 3.3 stream: there was a disaster that left then Scaramouche as the sole survivor. 16:17-16:53 I’m sure this is gonna come in the Scaramouche lore video into the 3.3 release :)
Raiden Ei was a beast. The sundering attack that killed the giant snake was with 30 stacks of resolve and Engulfing Lightning R10. But love the story around Inazuma. So much tragedy. Thanks for this video.

Perfect, subbed. No reason to stop when the game content starts, I’d love a continuation with an equivalent summary of the gameplay story…
All hail, Ms. Ashikai!!! 😭🙌 Have been waiting for this for ages, it's fINALLY HEEEERE! Thank you for this! 💗💗💗
I love how u managed to conclude everything and makes it easier to understand 😘
Btw just adding a little tidbits for Kazuha at the end.
2:06 this editing is immaculate
This is one of the best edited videos I’ve ever seen. Not only was it informative but also entertaining. Well done!
I love this! So nice to have all the lore streamlined in one beautifully edited video under 20 minutes
holy moly the editing is so fun and engaging! thank you TXR for such a wonderfully edited video, and of course ashikai for another hard banger
OMG YAY! So excited to watch it while drawing! Thank you so much for the video💕⚡
I love the video editing!!
Just wanted to say thank you for all the time and effort you put into these videos. I love Genshin world building but I get really overwhelmed with Genshin lore and sometimes the way it’s written in game is a little hard to process.
Omg the editing and the content, simply amazingg
The editing in this video is top tier, amazing!
The intro. The editing. The memes.
I never expected this series could get even better lol /pos
Inazuma's is full of grief and sadness 😭
Also 2:41 the _Kai_ part of _Kairos_ is pronounced like the _ca_ part in _care_ , assuming it's from the Greek word _Καιρός_ , meaning time/weather
i am laughing so hard at the minecraft edits as well as orobashi stumbling upon the book. thank you for this!!! i was trying so hard to understand the lore. when i say i dont skip dialogues, i really dont skip dialogues so i know the gist of the story but cannot connect them. it just leave me confused. watching this makes me connect the dots and understand better the lore.
on god i need Kazuha and scara to meet ..................... AMAZING VIDEO AS ALWAYS!!!! its wild how i didnt even knew half of this info or at least how it entwined in the story overall. i play on mobile and pretty dyslexic so its hard for me to read in world quests, thank you so much for those videos you are doing lords work
The editing in this video is amazing
this is peak storytelling! i love the graphic depictions
A lot of the things in the video were new to me, never found them when playing myself. Appreciate the work you did here, cleared so many doubts. Also, the editing of the video is absolutely a beast.
if the rumors about the anime covering the events in teyvat before the game, i hope we'll get to see the real musou no hitotachi... just got goosebumps typing this coz i realized ufotable will be animating it
I was just watching your hexenzirkel video
excellent comprehensive summary of inazuma and big ups to your editor! what a great team you two make :D cant wait for more stuff from this duo in the future
Finally been waiting for this
the editing is top notch
I just got to Inazuma yesterday, so this is very helpful.
Thank you.
i love this series! can't wait for you to update on other regions like the chasm or maybe even dragonspine. keep up the good work
Amazing recap. I really enjoy the lore but read non quest lore resources very rarely so these videos are invaluable.
It is in this video that I found reason to consider why there is a focus on Tatarasuna in the 3.3 Interlude quest preview (Scaramouche/The Wanderer journey) we got in the 3.3 stream: there was a disaster that left then Scaramouche as the sole survivor. 16:17-16:53
I’m sure this is gonna come in the Scaramouche lore video into the 3.3 release :)
damn the editing slaps, gj on this one!
I feel like a child again! listening to my favorite storybook. Such superb in-depth storytelling.😅
I love the editing!! Thanks for the new video
I love these lore videos! It’s hard to put everything together when you’re only getting bits and pieces while normally playing the game.
this was so well made! thank you so much
Editor seems to be in good spirits. Like they rolled three 5stars in one 10pull. Good stuff
Raiden Ei was a beast. The sundering attack that killed the giant snake was with 30 stacks of resolve and Engulfing Lightning R10.
But love the story around Inazuma. So much tragedy. Thanks for this video.
Woah. Great intro and editing. Wonderful video, so much informations and still presented so well. It helped me put everything into order and timeline for the first time.
thank you so much for this 🙏 it helps me appreciate inazuma's history and lore for i didn't really dive through it because of the scattered information about it.
The editing in this videi is... immaculate.
the editing is phenomenal!
THE EDITING IS SO GOOD!!!
good job as always! you never miss man, this video was a full pack and everything was so on point (i also learned some new things i had missed) thank you again for your great videos!
your efforts are much appreciated!
its always great to refresh on previous lore and your presentation style gets all the bonus points in all the categories.
This is so useful, there's so much lore that my brain sometimes overloads lmao
FINALLY!! I get the gist of both mondstadt and liyue (even a little bit of sumeru) but I've always been confused about inazuma so THANK YOU!
