This story is too good to be true 😮but if it is true then she should be careful before not allowing the guy to visit her in that hospital.
I live in Germany and am a registered nurse by profession, the good thing is that she can decide who she doesn't want to receive a visit from and usually care is taken that this person doesn't get access to the patient.

No bank will let you send money by common calls. The person will have to verify it with their mobile phone.

2. The stolen cars too dont add up, the cars will block at a certain point.
You cant drive German rental car pass the location you gave the company.

You are damn right, answering some few details on the phone to the bank wouldn’t allow you to ask the bank to move money from your account to different accounts, otherwise everybody would be a victim. Maybe, just maybe she was working in the bank and leaking information to the boyfriend to steal the money from ppl account, or collaborating between them and someone in the bank.

Then that's might be only in Germany or Europe but in usa if you wanna do such a huge transaction the bank will ask for ur phone number on their file and send you a security code for you to confirm to them before they will permit such transactions, either online banking or physical.
