there are way more nijisanji clips than hololive clips but way more hololive translators than nijisanji translators

The business relationship talk... they portrayed it quite a bit more mild here, but that was seriously a defining moment for them as a couple. If Sukoya hadnt cried and insisted that she doesnt want it to be just for business, perhaps Crossick wouldnt be together today.
“Let’s make this a business relationship” ( and sort out our feelings) will haunt Tomoe til the end of days xD
NoeFure and Crossick are the only "couples" I can see being actually a real couple IRL, either that or these girls are creating way too specifically real situations and acting for themselves.

Nor does this feel like the "I'm attracted physically, but wouldn't really want to do anything" like with what seems to be the case with Niji EN.

If you guys don’t know the 22nd of November was before Tomoe debut. Tomoe debut on the 30th of November. Also Tomoe is my favourite Vtuber ever and I love her translated clips so muchhh. As much as an Oneesan she is, she’s also a Nijicomedian.

Just a question, but at 8:00 I was just wondering if Sukoya actually meant "no.. nono" because I thought ya/iya meant no. I don't know much Japansese, but trying to learn it so I'm just asking.
well.. yes kinda.
The word ya/iya can have 2 meanings.
It can simply mean "no" but in this context it means:
"I don't like" or "I don't wanna"
When it means "no" its a different form of the word ie\iie (いえ\いいえ)
When it has the second meaning, it comes from the word iya (嫌) which means disagreeable or unpleasant.
I guess in English they can both be just translated as "no".
In hindsight I should have done that, that line was really confusing.

7:31 I guess I am lost on this part. So, they aren't actually close and its basically a facade or are they close?
So basically in the beginning before they were close Tomoe suggested becoming close as vtubers for business, Sukoya was hurt by that because she wanted to be close friends regardless if it was as vtubers.
It’s all right now, Tomoe learned from her mistake and they are actually close as vtubers and offline
Basically they were getting so close that the lines between public and private lives started to blur and Tomoe was worried like if anything happened it would be messy and painful, but Kana was and is all in 💚

You have to remember that Tomoe freshly debuted and had her experience with relationships. She suggested to keep it on collabs until they sorted out their feelings. As Kana was head over heals for Tomoe she didn’t want any of that
