Def get checked and tested! I didn't know I have fructose intolerance.. and ibs. But since managing my anxiety better the stomach issues don't bother me as much. Good luck!

Hey Carmen! I’m so so so sorry that you are having those stomach issues! Coming from someone with a diagnosed vomiting phobia and someone that struggled with all of your symptoms for a year and a half, I tried all of the same prescription and over the counter gi medications. The only thing that fixed me was getting off the pill. I’m not sure if you are on it and please don’t feel like you have to disclose that, but if you are on it that might be a good thing to try to get off and see how you feel. Getting off it definitely isn’t a quick fix. It still took over a year to get normal again and consistently not have any episodes. If that’s not the solution for you, I really hope you get some closure and a cure soon🙏🏻and thank you for the great asmr!!

I love ur whispering 💗 I've got bad stomach/gut issues too, I found out I've got helicobacter and I'm trying to treat it. Always gastritis, red throat, and pains 😔 but it was kinda random. Years ago I found out I have to eat gluten free mostly, it was so painful e.e I hope you can find answers and get better 💗
Btw I worked as a waitress and it was a nightmare, naver again. Leg pains from standing 8-10 hours a day... Nasty clients, stupid coworkers 😂 awful

Hey, just a thought - could your symptoms possibly be occurring around the time of your period? If so, this may be a sign that your hormones are out of whack so possibly a diet/lifestyle change along with some supplements such as vitex could help you?
