the korean verb "illongida" means "to sway" or "to fluctuate" and can be used to describe waves of all kinds (ocean wave, heat wave etc. he actually does include this verb in the song @ 6:28) hence B.I comes up with the word illailla to describe the sound of the waves.

the song is more like for those people, specifically fans that left him when the world turned its back on him.. cuz we might not see them together physically but the bond he had and still has with iKON members remains.... and he always says to us fans "Let's walk slowly and last for a long time.." but sadly some left, WE stayed and he gained new people, he's doing incredible and so as iKON, they will meet and stand on the same stage again one day that I believe....

In south korea it is known that only those who are planning on su!cide wear a suit into water. So the idea of wearing a suit in those scenes could represent his thoughts of helplessness/ giving up, and moments of death. But him walking out of it and laying on the beach could represent him overcoming it and like said it the lyrics "I'll build a new sandcastle" He's ready to get back on his feet again and become 131 again
