Black man , this is not the first time somebody has such a look. The family should have sought medical help before growing up to this stage. Even at this stage I believe there could be some help. I remember some five years ago a company in Ghana sponsored a young man to India for surgery to straighten his legs which were similar to this one. The problem could come from somewhere like the hip, waist bones or something.
