Great video, thanks for sharing. It took me a bit of trial and error when getting the pliers for the circlips but ultimately found the Knipex pliers reference 46 11 G2 fit perfectly.
I like the idea of spending very considerable money 💰 on a coffee machine and then going all-in DIY for service. That's like fixing your Bentley in your own garage after work. Really think that's cool
Our gaskets are completely safe for use. The production and disposal of teflon is more the problem. We are working on alternatives that are currently in testing. but silicone is not one of them.
I so wish they would update the machine with a slightly larger size group head. IMHO 53mm would be the perfect size, keeping close with the traditional Italian style, allowing forgiveness on channeling and at the same time giving you a slightly more in the cup. That and a ball point swivel wand and it’s the PERFECT LEVER which makes it the BEST ESPRESSO MACHINE. I could only dream! :-(
Great video thank you. Can you tell me please, where I can buy the 230124 Cremina SL piston assembly jig and the 240124 Assembly jig Cremina brew group. I live in the UK. Looking forward to a similar video from Olympia Express on the same group head maintenance for the Cremina. p.s. Love my Cremina !

Please do the same with normal Olympia
we are working on it, but we had other things to do first :-)

i'm sure you can send yours into the "garage."
The idea is that if you want to do it, you can and you have a manual for it. if you don't want to, you can send it to a repair shop.
Olympia please do the same video for normal cremina maintenance. Theres almost nothing on the internet.
We are working on it, and there will be much more.
but it will take some time
Pleaseee
Hey Olympia, great video. I am waiting for the Grouphead service video for the Cremina. Are you still working on it?
Yes, as we are a small company it's always difficult to get the time for editing.
Whew! Intimidating. I hope the new Mina will not be nearly as complex to service!
no it is a lot easier, as there is no spring inside
this is great sacha! thanks for sharing!
is there a non-teflon alternative for the isolation gasket? (teflon is not exactly a food-safe material). Maybe silicon?

I don’t have any of the tools you’ve used. Is there a tool kit you could recommend?
The special tools that are specific should be available from our partners and the rest you should get in a hardware store
@@olympiaexpress_sa Thanks. How often do you do this?
