  • This is a ride on Coast Mountain Bus Company R8057 - a 2000 New Flyer Industries D60LF bus on the route 620 to Bridgeport Station, via Ladner Exchange.
This video shows the newly-opened SFPR and overbridge for the old Hwy 17 - now numbered 17A.
R8057 is equipped with a Detroit Diesel Series 50 engine and an Allison B500R transmission. It was originally delivered for the then-new 98 B-Line, now defunct.

Kamloops doesn't have articulated buses! This is cool!

Ottawa, (where I live) sold there older D60LF and bought d60LFR but also got rid of our Orion 6's so we lost 400 buses but only bought 300. we did buy the double-deckers but thoase can only run on express trips. we sold our D60LF to a scrap yard in San Francisco. and now we are thinking of buying them back. very odd

Ride the 96 B-Line and it's a guarantee having the back half to your self. In some cases you'll be lucky enough for the whole bus.
