Hey, have you considered "D3 Max Out Turbo" (do a Google search for it)? There you can watch a good free video explaining the best way to speed run Diablo 3. This made it easier for Danny to speed level through Diablo 3 and therefore max out his character very quickly. Perhaps it will help you out also...

you press wrath of the berserker... and then press call of the ancients... you can switch up your skills you know

It made it possible for Jack to speed level through Diablo 3 and thus max out his character super fast. Hopefully it works for you also...

You farm on both hell and inferno mode to get better gear, and things to sell at the AH.
