I had a personal trainer (former nfl)... and he taught me 30 seconds. I am celebrating one year of 30 seconds! I used to run with my bike on my shoulders for 30 seconds.. now I am able to run 1.4 miles around ATT stadium on cowboy game days while carrying my bicycle on my shoulders... It used to be my wheelchair

Something that took me a long time to learn from trading stocks that can be applied to life:
You have to decide how much your willing to lose before you do anything.
It’s not being negative, it’s being realistic about life. Your gonna get your brains bashed in, it’s inevitable. You have to learn what your tolerance level is and accept it as part of the process. Don’t let a loss dictate your behavior. Get back up and keep pushing forward. It’s so cliche but so true, the only way you fail is if you quit.
