- Soo she's back...? I finally worked up enough courage to film and edit another ASMR that I am proud to share with y'all. I hope you guys enjoy this long over due video that has taken me far too long to create.. Also thank you guys for showing me so much love and support on my first video, It genuinely means so much to me and the fact that I can help people with relaxing/winding down to fall asleep to still has me in awe. I appreciate all of you! I promise I won't go ghost on here for another 5 months (◕‿◕✿)

*Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) is a calming, pleasurable feeling often accompanied by a tingling sensation. This tingle is said to originate in a person’s head and spread to the spine (and sometimes the limbs) in response to stimulation. The stimuli that trigger ASMR vary from person to person. Random thought: I believe when you chase some sort of objective and tell yourself “I’ll be happy once I get this or once I have this or do this” you’ll find that once you get that thing you’re no different than before. I believe the path to happiness is within, not some external point to run to, so look within and find a perspective that allows you to be happy in the present. And I think we should spend most our time in the present because happiness is maximized when you’re lost in the moment and not thinking of something else while you’re doing whatever it is that is bringing you happiness. I find meditation helps practice being present and being in your body more than your mind. I also find that while meditating the mind is put at ease, making it easier to find a healthy perspective on things. Peace and love mis amigos eternos :)

I don't experience tingles very often, but when you brought out (i think?) the face mask at 16:29, I actually got to experience ASMR! I would love to see that come back (if you're taking requests, the pink ziplock pouch that held your lipgloss from the last asmr video was also fire!)
