Only the first KTX was made by france after that all korean were developed on their own like sorts of high speed trains etc and the blue coloured one which you showed in picture is their latest train completely made by them of course , they are also working on a 400 km/hr bullet train called as "Hemu", so yeah after the first rain in 2004 maybe all they made was their own
