Thank you for information. As per order 39 rule 6 At interim stage if court orders to sell perishable goods then who will get the amount out of the transaction? In this case who will file GST ? And if the adverent party becomes decree holder at the end what about amount and taxes paid previously?

🏵️Section 37 of the Specific Relief Act, 1963,
🏵️Rule 1 of Order XXXIX of the CPC,1908.
The essential purpose of granting this injunction is to secure the interests of an individual or the property of the suit until the final judgement is passed.

💠 *Perpetual injunction*
Section 37(2) of the Specific Relief Act, 1963.
It is a type of permanent injunction that is granted after a final hearing on the merits.

💠 *Mandatory injunction*
Section 39 of the Special Relief Act, 1963.(The section doesn’t clearly define it but deals with the grant of a Mandatory injunction)
The principle of mandatory injunction is used to grant final relief and not interim reliefs, like in exceptional or exemplary cases like saving life, etc.
_It is considered the most rigorous of all injunctions._
