Ever since I can remember I have loved hats. I love cowboy hats and the cattleman is my favorite style. I might have to visit Milano Hat Company's website.
Throughout the video it's described as LOUD. They go into the finishing room around 12:20 in the video. A lady in blue top does not appear to be wearing any ear protection. I imagine those they said have worked their 13-35 years are going deaf
In the movie Cool Hand Luke, what hat does Morgan Woodward wear in his role as Boss Godfrey, or "The Man with No Eyes"? The crown has a crease, but no pinch or anything. The brim curves up at the edges like a Homberg. I've asked a lot of people this question over a number of years. I've yet to receive so much as an educated guess. I'd give a shiny new nickel to know the answer.
It may have been a Stetson "Open Road" or a "Route 66"... 3" brim without the side dimples which would have made it a true Cattleman Style. Jackie Gleason wears a similar hat in Smoky and The Bandit. Although his is a true Cattleman Style and of course a different color. I hope this helps you on your quest.
I know im asking randomly but does anyone know a tool to log back into an instagram account?? I was stupid forgot the account password. I would love any help you can offer me.
@Cayson Morgan i really appreciate your reply. I got to the site on google and I'm in the hacking process atm. Looks like it's gonna take a while so I will reply here later with my results.
“They’re all made by hand”, “we put them in this press to size them, then we put them in this press to put in the crown, then we put them in this machine to trim the brim, then we put them in this press to shape the brim”, “they’re all made by hand”. Sounds like a batch of bull to me.
Stetson and any brand made by Hat Co gets all the fur and materials they use from overseas places like Ukraine for beaver fur so your point is dumb Gaziano and Girling are handmade in England and their process is way more detailed then Lucchese but you wouldent know that also the Chinese are starting to make hand sewn welts no cowboy boot company offers a hand sewn welt so to be fair and honest America is getting its ass kicked and it’s its own fault as we say we put quality in our American made products but they are pretty mid compared to other countries instead of keeping your blinders on you should look to other company’s so you can actually get a quality product at a value price, your getting taxed on a mid products just because they are made in America, when you can get bespoke shit from another overseas country cheaper, if you want to pay for lesser quality just because it’s made in america that’s your prerogative but don’t be giving out bad horseblinder advice you should always explore and try things all over the world

So where are the hats manufactured “overseas” ??
Thanks for the video. I wear their hats.
Herbert Johnson in England made the hats for Harrison Ford in the Indiana Jones series until the 4th movie…not in Garland

I have a question about felt hats -- if between sizes is it better to go 1/8th over or use a hat sizer to stretch the felt to fit ?
Always pick the larger size so it fits when you need a haircut.
the interviewer is a real piece of work...geez...where did he come from??...
Wow. Nice video.
"Jethro" means open crown with an open or flat brim.
