Thank you for this doable and tasteful diy. So many diys demand fancy or pricey equipment but you make this simple and explain several ways to do it. I'm going to try this on my $5 Walmart mirror sans paint...I like the light unfinished wood look. Thank you again

Very drift-wood looking! Nice! Over here in Northern California, we'd have to anchor the top of that mirror to the wall pretty sturdily, because of earthquakes. Also, if you have dogs or small children, it's a good idea to anchor it as well.

As I had written you before, I use mirrors of all sizes in my outdoor "rooms" to reflect flowers, greenery, the sky.... I also am inspired by many of your projects, can't wait for Spring here in Georgia to start gardening and creating beautiful spaces to enjoy outdoor living. I would give anything to buy a piece of jewelry (your hammered hoop earrings and a rustic necklace from Michael!). Ever possible? Take care, God bless you....

I really like this idea. I have a cheapy $5.00 full length mirror in a nasty frame that I keep in the closet and pull out when I need a full length mirror. Though I won't be doing this, I think I'll at least spray paint the frame so it looks nicer. You always have such cool ideas.

I've been looking for a leaning mirror for forever but they are so overly expensive! Once I move, I'm going to try to do this! You should start a workshop & sell some of your projects you make! You're so creative!
Beautiful OOAK piece! It may be a good idea to protect it from falling over and breaking the mirror to attach a string to the back and affix it to one of those peel and stick hooks that are removable on the surface you lean it against. Just a precaution to think about. thank you for sharing. bye now
