I would recommend moving to a small city and avoid Ontario, British Colombia and Quebec if you plan to file PNP.

Brampton m settle hona is tough as the cost of living and housing market is very expensive

For CEC Express entry, no. If PNP then yea
Best to avoid Nova Scotia. Highest provincial sales tax and provincial tax tables. No rentals are available and have very high costs for food and electricity etc. Low minimum wage, need 2 or 3 jobs to pay rent and food. Very little public transport outside of Halifax. Poor medical.... no family doctors and long emergency wait times, can be 10 plus hours. Weather is terrible as well.
Best go to Vancouver BC.
