i like how her company is marketing her, using it as an ad and appearing in peoples recommended videos. To alot of people, that might be annoying BUT, she is the company's very first trainee and artist so they have to find a way to promote her. please be respectful (a lot of people are complaining about the MV being an ad for them which is why I’m commenting this!)

CUBE actually did want her. They were planning on signing her and having her debut with g-idle, BUT they decided that she didn’t know enough korean (Alex could barely speak korean when she auditioned) and that they wouldn’t have enough time to teach her the language before their planned debut, so they didn’t end up accepting her.
