its as classic tb303 sound.. easy to recreate in most vsti's.. the pattern is also simple.. so prolly this is not a remix.. its just a recreation of the sound and the pattern

The track in the club scene at the beginning of Blade is Pump Panel Reconstruction Mix of New Order - Confusion. Not Warp Bros - Phat Bass or even Bass in the Place by Public Domain, both of which sampled New Order.

The Warp Brothers and involved parties own copyright on the this 303 line as it´s not exactly the same like the Pump Panel Remix one. So this a an official remix of Phatt Bass and no credit needed. The Sylenth Blade line is a reproduction which by far doesnt sounds close assgood as the original TB303 line.
