World Legacy and Branded really are the two storylines that YuGiOh has gone hard on.

I had to admit the world legacy has the best lore and music on solo so far im not sure about the others
I agree, the vendread solo is also one of my favourites. The rest feels more like a description of the archetype, instead of actual lore xD

Gem knights has a good lore too albeit it is also tragic in a way but I won’t spoil
When I was playing the campaign, I always skipped the lores like "ah who cares" but when I got to World Chalice, I thought I would read this one time like "ugh fine"
But then towards the end I was like "OMG IB NOOOOOOOO!!!!!!! FUKING LEE!!!!!!"
this theme sounds like music that plays in some anime protagonist dying moment but suddenly the world around stopped and the past deceased character gave him an extra strength to stand back and raise his sword again
Which is effectively what happens to Avram/Auram. He's given the power of every World Legacy Relic, Mekk Knight and Guardragon, plus the original deity Avida, in order to destroy the corruption enveloping Lee. In the end, he sacrifices his own life to restore the world, ressurect Ib and purify Lee, as the World Legacy Keymaster.
When Cyberse was introduced in anime as creatures existing in computer network, I found it strange that a number of monsters in World Legacy story are Cyberse, although they are organic beings. Later I kind of understood: the reality in World Legacy Universe was controlled by things like programming language.
It's part of the terminal NEXT settings, basically 2nd generation of the duel terminal arcade machine you can see it in the card the terminal, and terminal NEXT. Would legacy take place in the terminal NEXT while duel terminal happen in original "the terminal" .
This shit DEFINITELY needs an anime by itself, the Duel terminal lore, specially this one is soo good !! ... its a crime knowing that this is never going be animated!

i pray masterduel adds in the ability to pick themes or randomly play them soon, the base theme is great but holyfuck is this theme just on another level.
If any card in the game were to have a theme song, this one would be Avramax's.

never cared for the deck itself since it's not my style but the lore surronding the world legacy cards are simply awesome

Granted most jrpgs nowadays wouldn't rip your party members away so guess its a more old fashion 1

The events that leads into everyone putting their hands, hopes and artifacts up as Avram combines them all and turned into the World Legacy Hero got me crying and had me yell "GO AVRAM Q∆Q)/"
It was a mixed feeling I had and I felt it even more as I summoned Avramax TwT)
But seeing Ib all alone with just Imduk at the end was a bittersweet moment T,T)

I wish we can get more stuff for this lore. There are so many cool archetypes here that I hope get new support. Especially Orcust, but I'm bias on that since that is my favorite deck.

That's beautiful, I was captivated by the World Legacy lore and was drawn in particular to Orcust. I was so in awe of Ningirsu's quest to bring back Lib and the events that followed, that I had to get an Orcust deck for the TCG as well. Sadly, Harp Horror is currently banned in the TCG but I'm almost certain it will become unbanned at some point. Other decks can already do crazier things than Orcust can with Harp in it.

I just realized the ending of the World Legacy is basically the Human Administrator ending in Devil Survivor 2 Record Breaker.
The protagonist basically becomes a god, changes the world (basically rewinding the clock (regressing the world)) back so it is more suitable for life, and the protagonist is nowhere to be seen among their friends / comrades.

in the solo mode i was able to summon Avram, Ib and Girsu at they're strongest and managed to pull an anime style victory

This theme alone screams "Final hope of the universe".
Imagine if the Legend of the Star Heroes eventually became its own spinoff. There's enough lore surrounding it to justify such.
The tcg localization kinda screwed up on this one, auram is the chosen star hero
His final evolution in Ocg is "astram the paladion of Jack knights" astral is star and seibutsu(world legacy) in English is star relics.
Now with tcg avramax
Avramax name doesn't even imply that he is wielding the world legacy nor connected with stars.

Recuerdo que la primera vez que jugue al master duel, no leia nada del modo solo hasta que llegue a este y mi curiosidad por saber porque era tan largo me hizo leerlo en el capitulo 2 "Don del martir" donde me capturo al ver su final y en ese momento fue una montaña rusa de emociones y termine llorando con el final de Auram

Nice chant, I usually use Lib + Mekk Morning Star to summon him.
Meanwhile I use Cyberse Wicckid and Masquerena during my opponent's turn when I'm using Mathmech

All of her cards are super strong and saw competitive. Galatea, Orcust Knightmare, Nightmare Corruptor Iblee, Justiciar Ib, Lib. They are among the key cards (or the strongest card) of their archetype:

Iblee for U-link,
Banned Justiciar Ib World Legacy/Chalice/Synchro related
Lib for WL and Mekk.
Even vanilla Ib see some competitive play, It could've been people just simping for her but damn her track record is amazing

I'm completely new to this "The World Legacy" thing. Saw this art style and thought it looked amazing. Then found this beautiful sounding theme. It sounds like a story for the ages was told here. Where can I go to see more of this?! Is there an official Anime or anywhere to view the story of this? I wanna be careful searching this up to prevent spoilers.
It's from Yugioh. Specifically, Yugioh Master duel. In solo mode. Idk how much you know about yugioh, but it's a card game you play, but this story mode section has many parts to it, this is the final one. It's all in a game that's FREE that you can download on any system. I would give it a shot and learn the game, you can at least play this part and decided whether you like it or not. The game has a lot of tutorials, and there is a community online to help you learn if you need it. I hope one day they make an anime adaptation, but we aren't there yet, as long as more fans request it, one day they will! I hope this helps.
Play master duel, read the story mode "where the world legacy leads next" this bgm is the final duel ost from that story.
Hope they put the other duel field and duel parts at the end of this lore in the game.
Beginning sounds like Arc V music. Middle sounds like Vrains music.
