- Ever wondered what it's like becoming a Police Officer in New Zealand?
Come follow the journey of our Auckland Pilot Wing; the first Wing since 1974 to be training up here, and going home each night.
Feels good to see even older people join the Academy, gives me a chance to maybe consider it after my degree at uni.
I love how NZ have maori culture built in to everything. Beautiful culture, something to be proud of
Great to see a good reflection of our kiwi population in there and the opportunities for people to train closer to their families, particularly when they have children. Good luck to them all.
Diversity quotas, they have to meet them.

USA does do police college, its called Police Academy..
Hey guys i want to start off by saying amazing videos and a great series, gives a good insight to people who want a career with the police. I've got a question, I've got a hand injury that i sustained previously i have got more than 80% movement in my right hand which is also my primary hand,in case i want to apply for a role would that hinder my application.
