Nice cook up bro, how long have you been producing, like how long would it take someone to be really good after obviously learning a bit of theory bro.
theory dosent really help getting better as much as tutorials say. it helps understand the basics. theres still sound design, mixing, leyers n shit. theres allot to it . it takes years to produce good. all you have to do is train. try remaking beats that u like. it will help understand what fits. youll get there.
The learning curve is different for everyone bro. Could take anywhere from 1-5 years depending on your work ethic and how quickly you pick up on it! Also if you don’t already, follow JayCactus. I’d say he’s one of the best to learn from. Also he doesn’t really gatekeep or give out bad info like a lot of TH-cam producers do.
@@rudz1943 i mean knowing theory helps a lot... sure if you want to make classical pop beats trap beats that sound the same and are basicly just loops nowdays you dont need music theory but if you are planing to make actually harmonic music that goes beyonce 2-3 chords using music theory is very useful to devlope the themes and ideas ... but i do agree remaking tracks does help a lot in learning how music is structured...and yeah there is a lot of things you need to master to get good at it i mean making a beat in its essence is preety easy but making an intresting beat that people can come back to it takes decade of pratecning and learnning to get to that point ...
