Great video as always! and happy new year! I 100% agree with the first point dressing for my body type has been a HUGE game changer and I look much better as I look more proportioned, and shopping online for clothes is alot easier.

My only mistake is not about style or clothing, but choosing the WRONG SIZE when I WAS WORKING ON MY PHYSIQUE. I started discovering my fashion sense in 2017, and I like classical men's fashion (James Bond, Quiet Luxury style). I spend good money on quality clothing from Vince, Reiss, Allsaint, and Ralph Lauren. However, I am also working out regularly to build my dream body physique. One thing I did not account for when I gained more muscle was that my clothes didn't fit well in the shoulder, arm, and chest areas anymore.
My recommendation: If you are discovering your style and are also improving your physique, you can order/buy 1 size larger for your clothes, or you will waste money in the long run.
