Ganda ng ambience sa condo mo Ate Kimberly. Parang ang gaan-gaan lang ng lahat. Well organized, pastel colors,and syempre tahimik & peaceful. Kumbaga dyan ka talaga makakapagmuni-muni,makakapag-concentrate sa ginagawa mo. Ang sarap lang din tignan yung shopee building este City Lights habang humihigop ng mainit na tsaa or kape at inaappreciate mo yung life, yung self mo. Ineenjoy yung Solitude. Ang sarap din iplano yung mga next na gagawin mo sa buhay mo. Mga gusto mo pang maachieve in the future habang nag-iisa ka dyan. Katulad nga ng sinabi mo, pag nandyan ka kumbaga mas nakakapag-focus ka lang sa sarili mo. Dyan mo din talaga nalabas yung love mo para sa color pink hehe. Nung bata ako yan talaga fave color ko. Halos lahat ng damit at gamit ko color pink. Pag hindi pink, hindi ako happy or satisfied. But now black na favorite ko kasi naging seryoso at malalim na kong tao(SKL 😅) Pero Ate girl, magandang investment po talaga yang condo. Much better din kung makakuha ka pa ng mga ganyan lalo po yung mga ginagawa palang na condo kasi mas mura/mababa mo siya na mabibili unlike kung fully-furnished na siya. Pero mas maganda kung ipaparent mo siya para monthly may pumapasok sayong pera 😊...Best investment po for me ang pag-iinvest sa real estate kasi wala pong lugi don eh. Kaya maganda din pong doon kayo mag-invest nang mag-invest 😊👍👌...Tsaka tama po kayo na kesa ibili ng new car sa property nalang ilaan. And madami na din kayong car hehe(yung mga kotse niyo nga po na nakikita ko, sinesearch ko pa yung price sa google 😁😅) At may nabasa nga po ako sa Instagram na ang sabi "Don't buy a brand new car" kasi diba po after ilang years nagdedecrease na yung price nun. Na kung ibenta mo man, hindi mo na siya mabebenta kung magkano mo siya nabili lalong di mo din matutubuan. Tapos once na bumili ka ng car, puro palabas na pera mo don. Dahil syempre sa maintenance, gas, tas kung ipapacustomized mo pa. Tapos pag may nasira, gastos din. Bukod sa piyesang gagamitin, yung labor pa. Mapagkakakitaan lang naman yung kotse pag ipaparent mo siya at kung ipapasok sa Grab. Pero syempre pag sainyong mga artista, bumibili kayo ng car for personal use talaga. Kaya nga po Sabi ko sa sarili ko, pag ako nagkakotse, di ako bibili ng brand new, ang bibilhin ko 2nd hand or 3rd hand lang basta in good condition pa rin. Na kung meron mang kailangang palitan or ayusin, atleast yung di ako gagastos ng mahal o kaya yung mga nakuha ng bangko kasi di nabayaran kasi mas mura-murang makukuha yun. Share ko lang po 😊...Basta bago po kayo maglabas ng pera, lalo kung malaki, icheck niyo po muna talaga na mapupunta sa mabuting kamay lalo't talamak ang mga scammer ngayon. Dahil syempre sa maintenance, gas, tas kung ipapacustomized mo pa. Tapos pag may nasira, gastos din. Bukod sa piyesang gagamitin, yung labor pa. Mapagkakakitaan lang naman yung kotse pag ipaparent mo siya at kung ipapasok sa Grab. Pero syempre pag sainyong mga artista, bumibili kayo ng car for personal use talaga. Kaya nga po Sabi ko sa sarili ko, pag ako nagkakotse, di ako bibili ng brand new, ang bibilhin ko 2nd hand or 3rd hand lang basta in good condition pa rin.
