For prot warriors, in Azure Vault, the first and last boss's magic dot (i think they are called infused strike and dragon strike) can be spell reflected, same for the last boss in Nokhus in p2 makes it much easier to stay alive and let the healer focus on dps players. If you pop it too late (just before it goes out) you might not be able to have it back for both last bosses's attack, but you have defs, that you saved up from not taling every odd hit.
One thing you can specifically do on Deios as a paladin is pre-freedom so it completely removes the application of the dot. You can usually get every cast and if you're running this as ret with unbound you can sometimes only get 1 time sink out which saves a lot of room over the course of the fight.
As a mistweaver healer (fistweaving) the bosses I struggle the most are: Halls of Infusion -> Khajin the Unyielding Brackenhide Hollow -> trio boss (already covered in video, thanks!) Uldaman: Legacy of Tyr -> Bromach Khajin the Unyielding: by far the most struggle because of the constant ticking damage Trio boss: is easier with less people alive for some reason (after 1 boss get's nuked) Bromach: idk tbh, maybe I suck, but the damage is so sporadic sometimes and as a melee healer it feels extra hard, maybe it shouldn't but just my experience so far

Surprised you did not mention Prot Pala for Balakar, just VDH. When he is phasing, stand in front of him with couple of meters away, when the adds become "active", divine toll, it will reach all of them and interrupt all 4 at the same time, making them group up easily.
Definitely very nice for initial grouping, mostly just mentioned VDH because they solo all the kicks in that phase not just the first one like Ppal hahaha

No problem! I think they'll get significantly easier over the next few weeks as people are still 30+ ilvls below the cap, should be pretty faceroll once people start getting about 520 ilvl.
Contributing: I'm pretty sure that Deios' [Sand Breath] can be out-ranged too just like Leymor's - but of course it depends on the state of how dirty the room is and how much you want to move the boss around. For example 12:44 : in this situation I would have instinctively double-Roll'd backwards to avoid that specific Sand Breath. After closing back into the boss, I don't think he would have moved much. Or maybe it's because I always enjoy Rolling around. #JustPandaThings 🐼🍺
Good point, you can actually also LoS the breath using similar spots around the room that are used to LoS the Wing Buffet, so quite a few ways to entirely mitigate the damage without needing defensives!
@@ApexVIII I wouldnt worry about what DBM says, just position slightly off centre and shoot the cone through the flowers in the middle of the room towards another pair on an edge.
The leymur boss is joke for Dk (if we dont count collecting the adds), you can AMS every single tankbuster Debuff and then use any other CD + anti knockback to quicky recover from the frontal.
Surprised AA wasn't Vex (not waiting for the debuff to fall off because you need to soak an orb now is a killer) and the pathing on the last boss. In NO Khan was hitting suprisingly hard with savage strike. A ranged player baited the charge pretty far away and by the time he got back my IF stacks had fallen off and he was hitting for 500K each hit. There doesn't seem to be much room for having any time at all without a defensive up. Uld: Honestly every boss in there sucks and seem brutal in some way to tanks if they mess up at all.
Yeah Khan was doing much more damage than I remember him doing back in S1 hahaha, definitely a tough tank boss. I still have nightmares of Uldaman in S2 where we had to pull trash onto every boss except Deois to make the timer, not excited to push that key again.
Nice tactics mr Tactyks :D I love this kind of stuff, where you can meld. Like Healer + Meld taunt trick, i havent seen much about such but i used it quite some (druid). Tried Leymor just now as Guardian with Tiger Dash talent you easily escape the frontal and it will be up every single cast. Wild Charge, Boomie Form + Leap backwards also works, but it was alot more sketchy and harder to pull off
Gash frenzy hits aren't actually random, it's 5 total hits that will prioritize one hit per player and only doubles up if someone is dead, so the damage is entirely predictable!
It’s getting to the point in pugs where Dps neither skill Kicks nor use AOE cc on important packs because they are used to DH. This season is such a joke if this keeps on going like this. When I’m on DK or warrior I literally have to check their talents/my weakaura if they have those things talented. This is ridiculous
At what level does this become an issue? I have been doing 7's in the 490 ilvl range on my prot warrior in pugs and haven't really ran into this issue yet.

Finished last season top 25. my guildies couldn’t play last 2 weeks :( I think I did like 2 7s full pug and they were not good, let’s say that. People have 0 idea what they are doing. But that was mostly a tyrannical issue

Yup, Prot Warriors feel really good in AV and NO specifically where every other tank will be taking a lot more damage!

What's the WeakAura/addon that shows boss cooldowns? The one to the right of party frame. It's not just DBM, right?
I use LittleWigs, but you can get DBM to look similar with the Dungeons pack for it
Warrior tank can Spell Reflect sleep ability on Hackclaw's War-Band boss, will increase damage Gnashtooth takes by 100%.
only physical dmg though, which is pretty useles in this meta :D and its 150%

Totally forgot about tiger dash since you basically never use it in M+ but this is the exact scenario it has value!
