We got interviewed by some high school students in Istanbul Turkey as well, it's for their English project. Think it was their school wanting them to practise speaking English with foreigners cos they asked us to rate their English speaking skills at the end. Not sure if they are similar from your experience in Uzbekistan, but it's interesting to know their students also interview foreigners for their school projects!
