Wonderful, thank you.
My pleasure!
Nice!
Ive not worked out my storage solution yet but ill probably get movement trays for all the infantry so ill probably go with a feldherr case and foam trays.
Fantastic idea, I printed your token holders and they were superb.
Glad you like them!
Genius, thanks for sharing!
You're welcome!
Great use of space nd deaign.
Thank you! Cheers!
this is a very nice idea! how long do they take to print?
Roughly 4.5 hours per tray on a Neptune 4 at .2 layer height with a .4mm nozzle
Can I ask what sort of printer you used to print the trays? It's a wonderful idea, but I worry my Saturn isn't the right tool for this job!
Absolutely; I printed these in PLA on an Elegoo Neptune4. For a resin to PLA cost comparison, a full set of infantry trays used slightly under 1kg of PLA (~$20 USD). You could probably cut holes into the bottom of the tray to save on resin too if you don't have an FDM machine. The magnetic layer will help add stability (especially if you use steel).
Thanks so much for these files. Great design, I had already printed your token holders and thought they were brilliant. I filled them with UV resin and hardened them so they made an awesome durable token set.
I’ve been using the exact same boxes but the 8.1 liter version so I’ll be modifying these. Will likely make a set for knights/titans and my flyers as well!
You're welcome!
Great use of a printer for storage. Any chance you could upload your magnet blocks to fit the underside of tanks too? I have been using a blob of greenstuff with a magnet, but I suspect it’s not going to last very long.
I currently only have blocks made for the Baneblade and Malcadors, but I will add them to the file bundle later today. I will add the others as I make them!
@@jtswargaming thank you. I am absolute rubbish at sculpting. It’s one of the things I need to work on in 2024.
@@jtswargaming This would be awesome! Thank you.
Sorry for the wait; I somehow managed to injure myself while sleeping. The file update is live on Cults3D now.
Do you have a link to the magnetic sheets you use? I've been trying to find good ones, but have not found success
Sure can! I use these amzn.to/3WbBy2m.
Do you have a link for the boxes?
Sure do; here ya go!
