    Derek folding Ace & 7 right before two more 7s on the flop must have sucked for him

    I just guessed wrong on every hand. Wonder if that's why I'm invited to play every game.

    -4.17 how is he winning a straight with two pair?

    • @Harkness78
      @Harkness78 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      No one has a straight or a pair (unless you count the pair of 3s on the board), Derek is winning the pot with Ace high and Patrick is bluffing.

    How is the other players has bigger starting chips than others

    • @themoreyouknow5318
      @themoreyouknow5318 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I think maybe beacuse they come from different tables before finals

    • @Harkness78
      @Harkness78 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Generally these televised final tables are the results of a multi-day tournament, while playing in the tournament the final table players accrued a different amount of chips as they reached the final table.

    What happens when both player don't show their hands? The dealer then doesn't know who won.

  • @ramo4uuuu

    1:25 this is why in Poker I never fold from the start unless someone pushes me All-In. Brandon throws away 6 and 4 and on the table lies 8,5,7. he would habe rekt both of them

      It's just kind of a double edged sword though. I'm honestly not sure which is "right" and which is "wrong", but both have pros and cons. If you play it your way then yeah you won't miss those hands, but those hands also won't happen very often and seeing every flop will just make you blind out faster. On the contrary, folding those hands will let you survive the blinds longer while you wait for stronger preflop hands, but you will miss those hands like you mentioned.

    1:44 how is this an awful flop for david? its one of the cleanest to get it in with backdoors
    this guy on commentary has no clue what hes talking about

    • @deanadema1329
      @deanadema1329 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I'm pretty sure they meant "awful" that he hit top pair on the flop but his opponent had an over pair.
