they're this in sync because Ten runs their practices like the navy 😄 during Greatest Dance Crew (Chinese dance survival show) he told the contestants something along the lines - if you don't keep up with the group you will bring the whole group down. So he makes sure everyone is on beat in his own group. Great Dancer, Great Mentor, Great Member.
Idk how involved Ten is with their dance practices and choreo because he says he doesn't do much but WayV be saying otherwise lol so Idk but the thing about him on GDC that was beautiful to see was that he worked to bring all the girls up to the same level, he pushed them to work harder but he was right along there with them even if he didn't necessarily need to be and he made it fun so that their overall abilities were improving. He didn't just make them good enough for that one choreo but he taught them skills to add to their overall skill development. He mad learning fun because he inspired those women and that was nice to see. So if he really does run or help with WayV dance practices then I wouldn't be surprised that that's why Hendery and Xiaojun are always pushing themselves to improve more and be better. I do know just to add that Ten helps add to the choreography and make it easier where it might be too difficult for the other guys and WayV miracle behind the scenes was a great example of this.
Listen WayV had some tough times. Covid happended so soon after their debut and I'm gonna say it they got sidelined for a bit, had to do without two of their members who were overseas for solo work, then a scandal before their comeback, then Ten being gone, in between all that so so so much delay on the necessary push these guys deserve in the world of potential tours and overseas concerts ECT watching other sub units get their opportunities to grow while they sat on the side line; that shit had to hurt especially after NCT 2020 seemed like such a win for them finally being recognized and included as a part of NCT 😔 then came SM town and they were scared, nervous but ready to slay and slay they did. WayV are back people 🥺 they're back and it's about damn time. 😭
