OMSI 2 Add-on Hohenkirchen | Line 854

Line 854 departs from Hohenkirchen station every hour, usually a few minutes after the hour, to allow
passengers to board trains arriving at Hohenkirchen a few minutes before the hour.
With the departure of line 854, a bus of lines 849 and 852, as well as AI line 858, also departs,
creating an hourly bus meeting at the station
with interchanges in all directions.
Line 854 then quickly leaves Hohenkirchen and
enters mountainous terrain.
Within 25 minutes, it climbs more than 220
meters, passing through only a few villages
along the otherwise steep mountain roads.
The line also makes stops at smaller tourist attractions, but the destination for most passengers is the
terminus itself: Oberhof.
Adapted from the real town of Oberhof in Thuringia, this is also a winter sports center that is extremely
popular with tourists. The ride ends here and there is a possibility to continue with line 855.
