Web Link sets contains number of Web Links. Web link set is a group of links (primary navigation, footer links). Web Link can link to a URL or a Web Page
Web Link sets allows placements of links, grouping of links and ordering of links. In Web link sets one can create Custom Web link set and assign to Header or any custom section.
