Wasn't the Animals of Farthing Wood the only programme from the Greatest BBC Children's Video Ever to be later repeated on the CBBC Channel rather than CBeebies?
I think it was because that's not a pre school show, it's more for kids up to age 11 that show, the rest of the programmes on the tape are all pre school shows for 2-6 years old. Also as well thats the last video to feature the clangers, nursery rhyme time, funnybones and hairy Jeremy as well

No Postman Pat On The Greatest BBC Children’s Video Ever As We May Wonder Why. Is It The Violence On The Animals Of Farthing Wood As I Have Wondered Why You Seemed Worried? Yes, I Agree With You About Teletubbies As They Say Their Catchphrase A Lot Of Times On The Programme. Look After Yourself, Mate. 😊
Well they did take the violence out because obviously it had to be child friendly but they still included the bit where fox and badger get hit by that tree/tunnel thing, and the fox hunt as well where adder bites the horses leg. And the bit where badger was trying to keep alive after the nasty shock weasel bit him and then jumped on his tummy. And I think that's why the greatest BBC children's video ever is rated U main reason for the animals of farthing wood as their own videos were rated U or PG, and to keep it child friendly for the other shows as well of course
Yeah I don't know why they didn't add postman pat on there, and yeah thats why I don't like the teletubbies because of their catchphrases and saying the same things over and over again, it keeps your head buzzing
Yeah they put 2 Pingu episodes on BBC children's Christmas cracker as well I think they're the only 2 BBC children's complation tapes to actually do that. But I"m a huge fan of Pingu anyway so that's a good treat
