Absolutely LOVE your theme!!! I lived it and loved it and have many happy, grateful, fun, stoned (ooops, did I really just say that), ohhh welll ... LOL ... ready was the greatest time of my life .. It was the 70's after all!! I graduated from High School in 1977 so I really got to enjoy the 70s with my friends!! It's a time I truly will never forget or regret!!! It made me who I am now!! In college or maybe my mid 20's I learned about "SMART goals," it stands for specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound. Ever since I learned that I try to make sure that I'm keeping that in mind when I set goals. For example instead of saying "I want to get fit" I'll say "I want to do 20 pushups by May." Sounds like you're doing that with yours as well, and I like that your method has an added component of finding the feeling behind the goal! I think that is helpful to reflect on, I might go back and add that to my goals for 2020 :)

hi, teacher here! We definitely implement how to create good, S.M.A.R.T. goals and do a lot of reflecting and group chatting about those kinds of things these days. Good schools do a lot of like ... thinktanking about that kind of stuff for us to push into classrooms.
I really liked the idea of making your own stickers. So many videos show people doing amazing drawing or colouring and this helps to simplify it but still add your own creativity.
Love the 70's theme! I tried a bullet journal last year. I love the concept. When my kids were little I did a lot of scrapbooking so I thought this type of planner would be for me. I was wrong. I did not stick with it. It just became another chore in my life. I bought a planner this year and so far so good. Not having to think about and build new pages every month has been great for me.

Very nice colour scheme :) Love the clear and consistent design. Interesting idea about quarterly trackers, I'm really curious how that will work out for you. It's my 2nd year of bujo'ing and I find drawing the weekly spreads kinda repetitive/exhausting... But I like that they force me to look at my goals on a shorter time span as well - it helps me realize quicker if I'm falling into a lapse ("oops, I have literally nothing planned for this Sat, what am I gonna do just sit around all day?" that kind of thing). I love the idea with the shipping labels! I was wondering what kind of materials you used to achieve the solid colors because markers always end up being quite streaky and alcohol markers obviously bleed through these pages... also loved the whole theme and colors and the setup! Now I just have to invest in a good printer that prints out solid color without any streaks...😅

At work, when we are setting goals for child development with parents, we use SMART goals. It’s a helpful acronym to narrow down goals for kiddos and I use it in my own life too. S- specific M- measurable A- attainable R- relevant T- time-based

Shipping labels : GENIUS ! But, I’m a senior in college and I got in trouble with the school, so as my punishment I have to write 3 goals to improve, but they specifically went into detail about how they need to be SMART goals. Honestly, more useful than most things I’ve learnt thus far haha 😂

you can print out on a sticky surface and make a cover for your BuJo. I use this on my planners and notebooks - literally buy a wallpaper (usually marble or solid color) and glue it the cover of my notebooks. Because I suck at drawing and painting - shaky hands.

The way you created the monkey hanging lamp and the copper sheet metal desk in your previous video(s) was amazing and I haven’t seen it done on TH-cam! You are so creative- Keep it up!

Em Rose correct! My quarter 1 section (next video) will be full of weekly spreads that are detailed and correspond with my current goals. The pages in this video are to try and help keep me on a consistent work week schedule as it’s something that I haven’t been good about in the past:)

In H.S. and college, we went over S.M.A.R.T goals in health class, but that was back in the early 2000's 🤷🏼♀️
