Can we develop a process which takes advantages of plan driven approach and agile method, and make a blend of both to work in best way?

I prefer a hybrid approach. I use traditional waterfall methodology to define scope and gather high level requirements. Then I use an agile development methodology to deliver a product at the end of a defined timeline. My issue with agile in the past is the incredible desire for scope creep. I’ve seen many projects fail because of scope creep.

@@aanderson1037 We use PRINCE2 Agile - tailored application of traditional project management combined with agile delivery approaches.

I prefer mini waterfall approach. If you don't know where your going then you shouldn't be started the project

Problem with agile is there ends up being a lot of wasted time with too much changing of direction

Isn't it then better than delivering something no one wants! The time invested is worth it if in the end, we are able to delight the customer/user.

@@SaheerSayyed agile can destroy projects though to the point where no customer can ever use it. If the customer is driving the project then that's a bi no no for me, because customers rarely no what they want

Agile is a joke. For every 8 meetings I go to atleast 6 could have been covered in an email. The scrum coach is a useless position. They are literally just professional nags. Atleast actual managers have the authority to arrange solutions to blockers. The most a scrum coach does is insist on making it a subtask in jira.

Thanks for your comment, but Mia has written the script for this film, and all the other ones herself and created all the graphics.
