I don't like that an Ashe comp beats a nearly capped Irelia Dragonlord board with 4 upgraded 5 cost units. If Ashe did like 5%-7% less damage, that'd be a reasonable nerf. Surely this is not a hot take.

The bebe lvl is when you level up from 3-5 or any 2 levels rather with no upgrades 😅
i think it's more of leveling on a "non-interval' stage (N-3/N-6) to push tempo
back then a random 3 cost 4 cost is better than an upgraded units
