@@conormartin3476 Medivh is a pretty central figure to the lore prior to WC 1 and during WC3, but it's a long story so I'll summarize.
The Guardian of Tirisfal was a title (and accompanying array of powers) that was given to someone to protect Azeroth from outside threats. Medivh's mom (the second-to-last Guardian) decided she'd skip over the democractic process and just appoint her son, Medivh. Medivh was possessed by an avatar of the Burning Legion's god that his mom fought. So he went a bit crazy and opened the portal to Draenor to let the Orcs through. Then he got killed by some of his old friends during the first war because he was going crazy.
Then he reappeared without any explanation in WC3 to guide Jaina, the Orcs, and the Night Elves in defeating the Burning Legion before disappearing, also without explanation.
Anyway, the main point was that he was Khadgar's wizarding master before being killed. In the Kharazan (the tower he lived in) raid in WoW, you encounter his ghost in one room which challenges you to a game of life-size chess, which he regularly cheats at because he sucks at chess.

Careful, I don't think this is representative of the average for that thing. For me he INCREASED the cost of cards I drew every time that effect triggered. Dude turned 3's and 4's into 7's and 9's. I've taken him 3 times. He lost me all of those runs.

@@8Kazuja8 No, the best part? In the stream itself, it actually WAS USEFUL. When khadgar says that, you literally cannot die until effect changes. RT was a bout to lose(1 hp, 3 cards attacking), Khadgar said that, then RT basically had 1 HP the entire time as 3 cards and iirc even a hero attack happened. 0 damage.

Wondrous Wisdom Ball trolls you with what seems to be useless advice and a vague card description. Turns out to be most OP card in the game.
I mean its not entirely op
The op card is the robe that halves the mana of your cards
You can play 2 cards only but that tempo advantage is enough to destroy anything super early
Add the one that reduces the mana of the left most card and you just have free 1st card of your hand
BUT the wondrous windomball is meme material and meme material is always the best meta
