On mine the directions specifically say to keep the arrows pointing towards eachother in the same chamber when you put in the divider, but it is the exact opposite to make it work
Did you have any screws left over when assembling yours it seems like when doing each of the individual panels the corners from one to the other had to go be overlapped so I’m thinking either I missed something or I didn’t line it up correctly because I have five extra nuts and washers that attach to them please let me know
I don't quite remember but pretty sure all screws were used. Some of the holes may not be so obvious. You can go through the video carefully to see whether you can spot any screw holes you might have missed.

When I put mine together I had two short screws and four small locking nuts left over.
