4 tbs evaporated milk hot
1 tsp cocoa powder
3 tbs sugar
1 cup cold milk
ice cubes
whipped cream or sprinkles or syrup to top

Great idea to add cocoa powder! Adding vanilla, chocolate, coffee or mango flavor ice cream takes it to another level. One may sprinkle a little coffee powder and cinnamon sugar on top, and for variety of flavors (besides with different types of coffee and their flavours) one may shake some banana or hazelnut creamer into it for added flavour.
