The end didn't surprise me at all. I had hoped that Javed would have enough moral courage to stand up to Wife no. 1... if not for Komal, then at least for his son's sake. And, he did.
Lesson learned: money is not everything. Yes, it can buy things and crearure comforts, but it cannot buy love, respect and good will.
