Don’t eat out, walk everywhere you can, make your own “healthy” food at home, and take a day off and go fishing! What a wonderful life he is having. The word Marui, there is a small bakery in Vancouver/Burnaby area also named Marui, which makes some of the best egg tarts, cocktail bread, and all sorts of baked buns I have ever tasted in N. America....
