It's really cute. But I have a question; Do we not have to use a glue or something for that though? For it to hold the shape. How were you able to trace that shape perfectly without using a glue on top and without placing a paper or a cardboard underneath?🥺🥺
Hello! I agree with you. It's hard to make them in place. You can take a look at this pin.it/1QDSivJ or you can use thicker cords (4mm or 5mm) and cut the fringe shorter (Like the feather on the right on this video's thumbnail. It turned out really nice and the fringe are in place). It will get you a nice fringe in place without gluing it. Good luck!

I use Stiffen Quik to stiffen them, but I know lots of people use Extra Hold hairspray too. You could also try a mix of pva glue and water

This looks good but I think the measurements are wrong - Your small strings are longer than 10cm, 10cm is much too short.
