I think battery health run down when the low power mode is on and you don’t allow it to charge up to 80% That actually happened to me lol because sometimes the phone don’t reach 80% and I does unplug the charger 🙈 But I’m not 100% sure though lol I just read that somewhere in the phone settings
@@SyazwaniShukrisorry for the late reply. It takes about a little 1 hour to fully charge. I have a 12w apple charger for quicker daytime charge but I use the 5w more to preserve battery health

Look for the 5w Apple slow charger. That’s what I use and my iPhone is still at 100% battery health
