Good video! thank you for pointing out the bit on how you should weigh the efficiency of the highest tier action for your profession. PSA: If youre merchanting before leveling detective (not recommended) you should be picky on tasks. Completing 3 quick tasks and TPing back to grab refreshed bounties yields better XP than running to the farm with no shortcuts. My personal preference is carrots, ribs, plates but please focus detective as the shortcuts are vital for higher level runs!!
A few tips I’ve found: 1. Use your first few knowledge points on silver until you get into a good point where you can grind a lot of levels in a skill. (Most skills will give you silver if you sell what you get from it). You will need silver to buy tools and upgraded tools that unlock more spots to gather and more experience per gather. I know fishings upgraded spear is about 130ish silver. Once you have enough tools to allow you to start grinding use points to get exp and afk grinding spots 2. Gathering an item for the 1st time gives you a lot of experience for discovering it so I’d recommend doing that even if it’s a ways away just for the extra experience 3. To level your woodcutter/carpenter, yew logs unlocked at level 16 is the most profitable (11 silver and change per inventory) until you unlock rugged pine (12 silver and change per inventory) at level 27. Yew aren’t the most convenient to get to from the storage but if you wanna make a little more money they are an option. Pine is very close though
but i saw a guy reaching level 200 and the skill they train is guard it got many timesslower and harder to train from 1-200 took him 5 days from 200-230 3 days
