My neighborhood is quite used to that tho so we were prepared. Powerbanks and cute smol rechargeable flashlights are a must in our neighborhood.
Weirdest thing about this is that when you are in one place like home which is not raining, then go to another place, it rains, and when you go back home again, it still hasn't rain. It used to be simple: monsoon season happens during the months that ends with "-ber". Nowadays the seasons are unpredictable. It's supposed to be monsoon now but I've had an entire week without rain. IMHO Kiara should avoid going here during the middle of the year, during school break, because that's when most Indonesians go on vacation. Tourist destinations will be especially crowded.
