Hi, can you help me ?I have canon 5d3, flash canon600ex rt and godox tt600. I have a problems with 600ex rt in manual mode give me less power than tt600, in service they told me all is okey with canon 600ex rt. Can u help me what to do ?Thank you
I’m no canon tech but perhaps you can try different batteries I recommended NiMh batteries. I’m sorry to hear that but that’s all I can think of.

Also best not to compare different brands and stated power. Each brand will be slightly off even with the bigger names.
Its not your unit, got the smallrig version of it, same issue
I got the opposite problem, it doesn't swivel at all
