Thank you! I ended up ordering a small back pack for my preschool child. Thank you for the review, it was helpful.
Have a good school year to your kindergartner!

Wonderful! Yes this bag was great. My son used it for two kindergarten years and it’s still in good shape. I plan on getting him another Pottery Barn Kids backpack for Grade 1 (he starts in Sept). They are built well. 😄👍🏾

Yes I’ve been debating btwn the mini n small and if it’s durable it’s better to get a bigger size so it grows with them. So I’m with you on this.

This helped alot! my child is going to pre-school so i decided to get the mini bag but when u said that the small is a better switched and now that i got the i migt say that the mini would have been too small for him an the small is the best choice

Awesome! Yes, the “small” is perfect for a preschooler/kindergartener. Glad I was able to help. 🤗

Great review! Do you know if a Yeti or Hydro Flask water bottle would fit in the side pouch?

I’m not sure how big those water bottles are but my son uses the Thermos Funtainer and it fits well. Thanks for watching!

Is the backpack big enough for you to also be able to wear if needed?

I just purchased this backpack for my son. How is this one holding up after all this time?

It’s still good! My son doesn’t use it anymore as it’s too small for him now, but it’s still in excellent condition. 🤗

Teacher Inspiration Station I will have to look for more information about it. Do you think the size you got would work for a special needs teen the teen doesn’t Cary much at all just some diaper wipes noise reduce headphone change clothes lunch bag meds and fidget toys

Hanna Taylor I personally would go with the Large size. I know he isn’t carrying a lot of stuff, but I think the Small would be too small on his back.

Teacher Inspiration Station I will look into the large size to see my teen won’t be wearing it on his back as he’s in a wheelchair so it would be on his wheelchair at all times
